The last step to ending our nation's discriminatory ban on HIV-positive visitors and immigrants is finally here but we're not done yet.Now it's in the hands of President Obama's Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to take the last step and eliminate this harsh policy.
The Department of HHS has finally proposed lifting the ban, and the proposal is now open for public comment. We need your help to ensure that we get this effort across the finish line.
